End of summer

 We replaced the flooring in Davey's room with some vinyl plank.

Helping Dad with the finishing touches!

We got a fun rug and bench for in there.

We hit the beach one last time for the year.

Grandma and Grandpa got the boys a really neat Lego Mass set!

Michael broke his arm and was in a soft cast for 2 days.

We went to the zoo, since that seemed like a safe enough way for Mike to spend his day.

Then they put him in a hard cast, and he'll be in that for about 4 weeks.

He's doing great, but refuses to slow down or stop jumping.

Timmy is having a rough time, though. He's so scared when Mike (or Dave) do anything other than sit still (which obviously never happens). He screams at them to stop and pulls them away, afraid that they're going to get hurt.

I showed this picture to Mike and Dave asked them if they knew what it was.

I eventually told them what it was and Mike said "oh yuck! I wouldn't want that it MY garden!"

Jacob found the frisbee and has been having fun tossing it around

It started to rain while we were out walking in the woods, so the kids each grabbed a sunflower leaf to use as an umbrella.

Timmy's 4-wheeler got a new basket so he can haul stuff around.

Davey got up in the morning and Jacob decided to start changing him! (didn't say a word to me)
