Summer Days

 I realized that I haven't posted in awhile, so I dumped a bunch of pictures from this summer to catch up.

The boys have been playing cards a lot lately (Slap-Jack and Memory).

The first thing Timmy says when he wakes up in the morning: "Mom, it was raining really hard in the middle of the night and there was lots of lightening and thunder!"

Me: "oh, the storm woke you up?"

Timmy: "No, I never woke up. I slept right through it!"

Timmy: "When I read a lot of books, my neck gets all crunchy."

Jacob: "Slow down, Mom. There's cops in this town."

Timmy, imparting his wisdom after serving at his first Mass: "When you first kneel down, the skirt is really tight. But after you kneel there for awhile, then it gets looser."

"umm...I don't think any soldiers will be coming to kill us."
