In the midst of the torrential rains last night, we got some very high winds for about 5 minutes. Long enough to take down lots of trees. Fortunately no buildings were damaged and no one was hurt!
(thanks to the blessed palms that we have buried around the property, and the prayer against storms that we quickly said last night)
The boys were assessing the damage this morning.
Our favorite tree is down.
We were without power (for about 8hrs) after one of the trees took out the power line before landing on the road.
