Dad built us a new bookcase so we took out the old one. It made for hours of fun for the boys.
And then we had the excitement of setting up the new one. :)
The boys spend their days doing of mix of 3 things: riding the Torex; playing over in the sandbox, swings and campfire area; or playing in the pool.
Mike just started holding his bottle by himself! (though in this picture, he's stolen Davey's bottle)
Jacob's sunflowers are in full bloom and he's so proud of them!
We hear "No, Michael! No, Michael!" a hundred times a day now. This time it was because he was touching Jacob's chair. And that's one of his most grievous offenses - sometimes he's 10 feet away from anyone, minding his own business, and he still gets reprimanded. Poor kid... ;-)
Putting the Torex to work
The big Ranger and the "little Ranger" had a race back to the shed
At a friends' house
Mike is into everything these days. He's most attracted to toilets and garbage cans.
He got his first tooth just a few days before his 9mo birthday!
Davey is catching up to Mike - he's only 2.5 lbs lighter!
We've been eating outside so much this summer that the boys decided they needed something new and exciting, so under the table they went!
We "hatched" a monarch, after weeks of diligent care ;-)
Dad broke down and bought a coonskin cap for "Davey...Davey Patrick! King of the wild frontier". It's a little big on him now but he'll grow into it. ;-)
