We stopped for a very short walk in Forest Park before heading to the St. Louis Zoo.
We were at the zoo for about half the day and made it through about half of it (but we were going slow).
We ate a quick picnic lunch after the zoo...
...and then headed out of the city (finally!)
We rented some cabins about 1.5hrs south of St. Louis where we had our own private lake.
