Jacob is 5yrs!

It's hard to believe Jacob is 5 already! He's a sweet, thoughtful kid with a big heart. He's always watching out for his little brothers and taking good care of them. He loves playing outside, driving his 4-wheeler, building forts out of blankets, playing with trucks and tractors, and reading.
